02 What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

We do not collect special personal information, and we do not collect information about children. Supplying this information is voluntary — but without it we cannot respond to your enquiry.

03 Why we use it

We use the information you provide to:

We will only send you marketing about other products if you have specifically opted in using the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message from us, or by emailing us using the details above. Withdrawing consent does not affect our ability to respond to an enquiry you have already made.

04 Who we share it with, and where it is stored

Your information is stored using third-party service providers who act as our operators under POPIA. These providers process information on our instruction and are contractually required to keep it confidential and secure.

Information is transferred outside South Africa. Our enquiry records are stored on cloud platforms hosted in the United States and Europe. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers apply a level of protection comparable to POPIA. By submitting the form, you consent to this cross-border transfer.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that form submissions come from a real person rather than an automated script. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05 How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and legal record-keeping — generally no longer than three years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you have become a customer, in which case customer records are kept under our standard customer retention terms.

06 How we protect it

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access and unlawful processing. This includes encrypted connections to this website, access controls on the systems holding enquiry records, and limiting access to staff who need it to do their work.

07 Your rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 01. We will respond within a reasonable period.

08 Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token in your browser purely to confirm that the form was completed by a person. If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Please check back periodically.
